Create a welcoming and organized office environment by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring technology readiness in conference rooms, and fostering a space that promotes productivity and comfort.Lead and manage a team of two working students in community management, including creating and overseeing their shift schedules.Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related matters.Oversee Employee Health and Safety protocols, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement, particularly in our onsite bistro.Liaise with building management, superintendents, and security personnel to address any facility-related concerns.Manage office and kitchen supplies, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.Coordinate office maintenance tasks and handle shipping and receiving duties.Organize bi-annual global team events and maintain physical security, including access keys and badges.Foster a strong Convex community by coordinating events and activities that promote camaraderie and teamwork, such as volunteering initiatives and group game nights.
